We have stayed here several times. Have always had a great experience. Friendly people, rooms have always been clean and neat. We recommend this place anytime someone comes to town.

For the price, you won't find better accommodations. The owner and staff are flexible and helpful. My husband stays here regularly for work, and our whole little family ran from Hurricane Hanna to be with him here. For a last minute stay, I wasn't expecting such a clean and quiet room.

Stayed here during the huge 2021 TX storm when there was no power or water to found anywhere. Jay was so friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful in assisting me in finding supplies during my stay. Everyone went out of their way to help make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for lodging in Giddings.

Very very clean super nice beds and spotless, room has refrigerator and microwave and a comfortable club chair. I'd highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fair price and a clean inviting space to stay! And we were treated super kind. I'm keeping this address to revisit here!

The location is incredibly convenient. The rooms are more affordable than any others in a 15 mile radius. The rooms are always clean and the bed is always made. They have decent WiFi, good cable, and a really friendly staff. No free breakfast, but definitely free coffee! All in all, definitely worth it. I have come back here several times and am still pleased with it.

As I book my Room I checked in at the window Jay, treated me so well with Courtesy and respect he ask me was there anything else he can do before I went to my Room I was very pleased with the way I was treated! I will recommend this to everyone. As I went to my Room I check the bed that was the 1st thing I did to make sure that these hotels, change the sheets I was expecting the sheets to be dirty and they were clean most cheap hotels just reuse the same blankets over and over and over but Not this hotel, I was very please. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Very clean, shower was strong, it was quiet and peaceful. We will stay again. 6/18/2022 update...we stayed again and was having difficulties walking. They asked a young man if he would take the second floor so I wouldn't have to hobble up the stairs and he happily agreed. They really took care of me.

Basic, quiet hotel with bare essentials. Room was clean, and recently updated. Bed was comfortable but bring an extra blanket if you get cold at night. For the price you can’t beat it. Office workers were friendly but made you use the outside window which was annoying but only because “covid” and all (didn’t know were still doing that in November 2022). Otherwise great hotel as long as you’re not expecting a Hilton. I think the owners changed some time ago so the old one star reviews may not be applicable anymore.

Room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Rate is very reasonable, facility was quiet, and located close to a variety of restaurants, and other stores. Convenient access to the highway, and a quick easy distance to Round Top. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Room had a microwave, and mini fridge, but no coffee maker. Soap was provided, but no shampoo or conditioner. Plenty of towels though, and room was serviced daily. Because of Covid, breakfast was not provided.

We stayed here for 5 days while traveling. The room was clean and housekeeping came everyday to replace towels and sheets if needed. Nice hot showers and cable with plenty of channels. Nice, safe location. Owner was very friendly and took care of any concerns we had asap.
